Period or … im unsure 💔

Hi I’m really unsure what’s going on I’m due my period but it’s a different colour than usual, currently a lighter bleed and I’ve been feeling really weird the last week or so, bad cramping and I’m just lost could it be a miscarriage or am I overthinking? We’ve been trying 5-6 months with no luck but I’ve never had a miscarriage before so I’m lost right now
