Anyone have a similar experience?
Has anyone else had period cramps 4 weeks pp? No blood just bad cramps for the past 24hrs. I’m thinking it’s just my uterus trying to shrink back down to normal size maybe? I’m trying not to spiral and assume it’s bc I have placenta still left inside. Also I’m breastfeeding so it can’t be my period yet.
**this evening I had the worst headache and felt very light headed. Hormonal maybe?
