Headaches & sleep
Anyone else have constant headaches? 😩 like they just don’t go away. I take a Tylenol here and there but I don’t want to be taking one everyday several times a day :/
Anyone have any natural remedies?
Also sleep has been sooo hard, I feel I don’t get any restful sleep I wake several times a night to pee and struggle to get comfortable. How’s it been for you guys?
