I just turned 30 yesterday and I been trying to conceive for a while and nothing happening yet. I wanted to make a dr appointment but I’m kind of nervous n embarrassed about ttc. I’ve been active everyday in and out my ovulation area. I don’t have ovulation strips but I do have backaches and headaches nausea all that but can y’all help me out does anybody see anything or should I wait a little longer. My next period isn’t due until the 23rd anything helps
