Shampoo and conditioner?

Question

I feel like every website I read says something different and I don't have an appointment yet to ask my doctor. 
How do I know if my shampoo and conditioner are safe? 
Right now I'm using amika normcore shampoo and amika volumizing conditioner. On some lists they are on there as safe but others they just aren't listed and some places say use them with caution because the brand hasn't said safe for pregnancy. 
I'm so overwhelmed

Personally I’ve never worried about shampoo and conditioner, soap etc. I can’t imagine there’s anything in it that’s unsafe if you bought them from reputable shops/businesses. I’ve never seen a shampoo/conditioner state they are safe in pregnancy

I like Native brand. It’s clean, and has lots of good smelling options. They have deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, lotion and body wash. Maybe other things too not sure.
