You could’ve ovulated later. Follow up with an OB. Unfortunately the ER is not specialized in this and they can only tell you what they see vs all the possibilities that ob knows about. They told you what they saw. They don’t know anything else.
Help went to hospital for backache
Went to hospital back pain hcg miu was 45 radiologist tells me im having a miscarriage because its so low I ovulated Christmas positive test 8 dpo on 1/2/25 she did a transvaginal and said she sees a sac? But she said looks like miscarriage because it’s oblong I have fluid in my uterus which I seen . I go to ask her can u even see a sac this early? She said no! WTH is going on? Y do I have fluid in my uterus ? Subchorionic hematoma? Then she said don’t tell anyone I told u!!! Anyone ever heard of this

Same thing with me. I ended on 6th week. Doctor said you don’t have fetus inside that I was in shock cried a lot. After missed my pregnancy. That report said you have fetus. So please don’t overthink and scared like me. Everything will be alright. Baby dust on you. I hope you will get soon good news. Love and blessings.
