Took a test this morning at 11 DPO! Trying to figure out approx how far I am since I didn't get my period since Oct 2024. I'm thinking I'm about 3 weeks?

Backstory:

Got a positive test Nov 25 2024 but started bleeding a week later and we found out I was miscarrying. I didn't stop bleeding until Dec 10ish and ovulated Dec 25th.

Praying for a sticky baby 🙏🏻✨ Also, should I give it a week before I call my doctor seeing what happened last time?? Thank y'all ❤️
