Baby daddy unfollowed me. How would you feel?

Hi there! So I met this this guy back in 2023. We were cool and things were going smooth. Fast forward to 2024 I ended up falling pregnant for him. I’m due to have our baby in February. Anywho we were following each other on instagram but today I recently noticed he unfollowed me. I do admit I would check his profile often and I made a secret account to spy on him. My question is can someone tell if you’re stalking their page, does IG notify them? Are there apps to let individuals know? Also his account was public but then I noticed he put on the privacy setting two days ago. I deactivated my original account but I reactivating it when I seen that he put on the privacy setting from my other account. Also he’s never liked any of my posts the whole time we were following each other but I was always liking his. I feel a bit weird & hurt and I’m wondering if I should unfollow him. We were cool, his bday was a few days ago and I sent him a text. I was supposed to go see him some time in the week but I feel like falling back. Should I ask him why he unfollowed me or should I just unfollow him and let it go?
