2DPO - abdominal cramps

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone experiences post ovulation cramps as part of their normal?

The cramping is across whole of the lower abdo very much like severe period pains.

Obviously I know it’s nothing pregnancy related given time scale so I’m thinking is it just post ovulation pain? Or maybe I’m ovulating later than predicted… or can you just get severe cramps from the natural rise of progesterone post ovulation?

Just after other peoples experiences if possible!
