Would you call her a crazy boy mom?

So I know a crazy boy mom is typically considered a woman who is obsessed with her son. Hates his girlfriend's for no reason besides jealousy and act like their son is their husband.

There's this situation and I want to know if a mom hates her son's girlfriend's or any girl in her son's life, however also forgets her son like... Exists... Forget his birthday. Makes a lot of backhanded comments example:

Mom: You know. Jaw surgery is very common with men

Son: Okay. I like my jaw

Mom: You sure about that baby?

Doesn't care about him any other day of the year but when a girl enters his life all of a sudden she despises her. She despises anyone who could give her son any type of attention or love even though she's never given him any real type of attention or love. What would you call that? Boy mom doesn't seem to fit right because she's not obsessed with him. Half the time it seems like she doesn't like him and regrets having children but it's only when a girl comes around does she pay attention. And she is still not giving him life. Just expressing her dislike for his girlfriend.
