Guysss , please give me advice , workouts , better food to eat to get rid of this belly / Fupa whatever , Ive been looking 6
Months pregnant since my last baby two years ago. Proteins drinks/shakes that I can start drinking and eating . Idk honestly I just want this gone i don’t have any problems with anything else but my stomach I hate it !! 😩
