My last period was on December 4th lasted about 4 days. I haven’t gotten it since. According to my calendar I am about 10 days missed period. I tested today and it was clear as day negative. Could I still be pregnant and it not show up? I’m so confused as my son is now 14 years old and have been trying for 10 years. First time my period is this later ever!

Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
