Infertility treatments per state law

This link has a list of states that require by law if infertility treatments are covered under a state mandate in the United States.
I have seen a lot of women here who are unsure if their insurance covers these types of treatments- here's your answer.
Now this does not mean if you live in one of the 35 states that do not have a state mandate you won't be covered- it depends on your employer and your insurance- this is simply a list of states that requires insurers to offer diagnosis and treatment of infertility and the specifics behind it.
