Is laying down with your legs up after sex helpful for getting pregnant?

Whoever said yes is delisional. Sperm goes where it needs to in seconds. I got pregnant doggy-style, getting up within the minute and having a shower.

I ALWAYS pee and clean myself after sex. Every single time whether I’m trying or not. On my second pregnancy. Took 5 months with my first and 2 months with this one.

It’s not helpful at all it does is  keep the seminal fluid inside you but the sperm will still swim up the vaginal canal and through the cervix, uterus and the uterine tubes where hopefully it will meet an egg, putting your legs up makes no difference to the process but it might make you think youre helping so it might help you but in reality actually makes no difference on a biological level. (I’m a biomedical scientist).
