Nausea and cramping week after iud

Did anyone else randomly wake up w bad cramping and severe nausea that lasted for hours a week after iud insertion? I had my iud inserted on the 7th of this month and this morning I woke up with baddd cramping it felt like Edward scissorhands had a hold of my uterus! After the cramping went away I was severely nauseous for like three hours, it was awful. And once the nausea died down I felt jittery and fatigue from being so nauseous. It could have been something I ate the night before but it wouldn’t explain the bad period like cramping I had before nausea set in. I’m scared to go to sleep tonight in fear that I’ll wake up feeling that way again. I’ve been cramping lightly on and off the past few hours too plus having some light pink + brown spotting on and off.
