Gender reveal?

Hi I just found out my baby's gender, and I will be doing a gender reveal next Sunday to tell our families. Have any of you done this? If so what have been your ideas?

My BFF is making a cake and filling it with blue or pink candies. When we cut into it we find out. I'm waiting until my party to find out with everyone else. 😁

Nuts or no nuts? Have nut filled, and nut free options! Ex: M&M's, brownies, etc. Nit sure where you're located, but we have stores called Party City, and they sell pink and blue versions of M&M's and other candies.

The reveal for our first was a cake colored pink so when we cut into it in front of everyone it was pink! I've also seen filling a balloon with colored glitter and popping it. Filling a box with the appropriate colored confetti and balloons and dumping it over your head. Setting off colored fireworks. The possibilities are endless...We find out the gender tomorrow and we still haven't decided how we are going to announce it. Probably going to incorporate our 4 year old somehow.

We found bath bomb type of things. It'll come with 1 pink and 1 blue. We'll have the ultrasound tech put the correct one in a bag and we will drop it in water and whatever color fizzes we will see it with our families

We had a florist put helium balloons in a large box with a bow.  We asked she include pink and it's a girl if girl and blue with its a boy if boy.  We gave her an envelope with the answer - nurse provided to me and we never opened.  We saved for this reason.  Our kids opened the exciting present and we all cheered.  My husband and I did not know either so it was so much fun!
