Is he cheating??

So last year while I was several month pregnant with our son, my boyfriend went to “hang out with his dad”. When he got home I was asleep. He woke me up and said “babe, I think I was drugged and raped.” He told me after seeing his dad that he went to see a friend and that friend’s girlfriend to smoke some weed. He said the friend wasn’t home, but the girlfriend was and he decided to stay and smoke weed with her anyway. He said he remembers hitting the weed, feeling it kick in, and the next thing he remembers is he’s pulling up his pants and then blacks out again. Then he says he came to driving on the road about half way home. I told him to call the girl and ask what happened. He called her on speaker and she said “you don’t remember? Things got sexual between us”. I told him to straight out ask her if they had sex and he did. She said yes. I began to cry obviously and she started laughing at me. She refused to answer any more of his questions unless he met her in person. He refused and blocked her on everything. He even had me take him to the hospital and had a rape kit done. Obviously the police didn’t do anything and said it was a he said, she said kind of thing. We moved past it and moved on. I now have a beautiful 5 month old baby. He took my phone to the grocery store 2 days ago so he could do our pickup order as his phone is out of service. He left me his phone in case I needed to call anyone and so I could watch TikTok if I wanted. I did get on his TikTok account and saw he had a message. He never uses his TikTok, so this message was from back in October. It was the girl messaging him. She said “If you are who I think you are, I hope your son was born healthy. Even though you technically sexually assaulted me, I don’t hate you and had just chalked it up to a misunderstanding”. I thought how ballsy of her to message him. I told him about it and he told me to delete the message and block her. I did exactly that. Well I just went to his TikTok from my account and it’s saying they are friends on the app and following each other. He’s gone for work for 2 more days so I can’t look at his phone or ask him face to face and I don’t want to give him a chance to cover it up before coming home so I’m not saying anything to him right now. Do you think he’s cheating? I’m questioning everything right now. I’m screwed if he is cheating, because I just quit my job of 2 years, left insurance behind and everything so I could be a stay at home mom like he wanted me to be. I’m just so hurt and confused.
