Good exercise equipment for those who have neighbors below?

I want to get some kind of exercise equipment to workout at home but without being too loud on the floor because I have a neighbor below. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hand weights, yoga mat/ball, stationary bike, elliptical, etc. as long as you’re not jumping or slamming around or doing like HIIT workouts then most everything can be modified.
