6 weeks brown/red discharge 😔

Definitely feeling down. I went to the hospital with brown discharge two days ago. They couldn’t find a heartbeat on the ultrasound. I was supposed to be 6 weeks 4 days but was measuring .35 CRL so the radiologist said I was actually 6 weeks. I was told to come back in 2 days to check hCG to see if it increases. Today is the day I’ll go back. Yesterday I had more brown discharge/ some bright red with cramps. Just trying to prepare myself for bad news. 😔 This is my first time being pregnant.
