Nausea and severe hunger?? Anyone else?

I’m not even 7 weeks yet and my fatigue nausea and hunger is at an all time high. I’m so nauseous but so hungry at the same time, is this common this early on? Any remedy recommendations?

I am forever hungry and also get nauseous as well. I definitely can’t stop eating but also find sometimes I’m not sure what I want to eat. And the fatigue is super high. All normal from everything I’ve read!

Yes! I have had SEVERE exhaustion, nausea and hunger simultaniously since 5 weeks. I'm 8w4 days now. I didn't have any of this with my first pregnancy.

Yeah. Girl me too. I am 6 weeks. And I’m either hungry and thinking about food and then when I take a few bites, finish eating or thinking about food. I instantly get nauseous, can’t finish food or feel like my stomachs is empty and can’t determine if I’m still hungry or full but also sick and nauseous. If I’m going through this much craziness in my first trimester but third pregnancy I better be having twins 😂😂😂because I’ve never experienced this must confusion and nausea with my first and second pregnancy… but I’m also older too.
