Am I crazy to fly/travel after 2mc?

I wasn’t expecting this pregnancy as we specifically said we would take the holidays off from trying bc it was getting stressful. But we’re overjoyed nonetheless. I had booked a flight home (I live on the east coast and my family in the Midwest) to celebrate lunar new year with my family and turns out I am now going to be flying next week at 6w3d… I’ve had two miscarriages (both first trimester) and am now on Lovenox bc they discovered a clotting disorder. My OB said I was free to still fly/travel but I am now very anxious about it. Other than very sore boobs & tiredness I have no symptoms. Would you guys go?
