Should I be safe?

My abusive, deadbeat baby daddy was trying to get visitation a few months ago, after years of no contact. But they ordered him to do a mental health evaluation first. At first they gave him two weeks to get it done. But then he told them he needed another month and a half. He told them/courts told me he was supposed to have gotten it done last Tuesday. He’s supposed to send the paperwork to both the courts and me. Our next court date is next Monday (the 3rd). I honestly have no idea what he’s doing. I haven’t heard from him since the end of November and the last time I tried to reach out to him, he ignored me. And it was important too! So I don’t think he’d answer if I asked if he did it. Plus I think he gets a thrill out of me trying to chase him and see what he’s doing so I don’t wanna feed into that at all. It wouldn’t surprise me if he either didn’t do the evaluation at all OR it said something he didn’t like so he just said “fuck this”.

My family is saying that if he did do it, he should have to submit it back to me/courts so many days before our hearing. I know when we were submitting stuff originally, they told me I had to do it 5 days before court.
