Baby is super fussy at night. He farts consistently. We can’t get any sleep. He also has a lot of gas during the day. He is formula fed and we switched to sensitive. He is 4 weeks old any suggestion?

Sounds like a normal 4 month old. I’d just ride it out, as another suggested, gas drops, bicycle legs. Not sleeping at that age is part of it.

There's a huge growthspurt between 4-6 weeks old. So it's one of the most fussy periods. Be sure to pace feed bottles.

Unfortunately this is totally normal. Babies are gassy. Their digestive systems are figuring it themselves out. You can use gas drops for some relief. Don’t switch formulas too much as that could cause more issues.
