Could I have ovulated later?

So I got a high lh (test and control same color) on the 16th in the late afternoon. I got a higher one the morning of the 17th, test line darker than control and it stayed high and slowly declined to cleary negative by morning of the 18th. We BD almost everyday of fertile window and a few after. I know ovulation can occur up to 36(48hrs?)after peak. Something like that. My pregnancy test have been stark white. I’ve had what I’m assuming is pms the last few days. Nausea, really sore boobs, backache, etc. I experienced period like cramping all day yesterday. My hormones are a bit off as this is only my 2nd cycle since my daughter over a year ago.

My question is could I have ovulated the 18/19th instead of the 17th? Since it doesn’t happen day of peak and my test was darker on the 18th. Or is possible I just didn’t ovulate at all? My lh have been very negative since.
