If I'm spotting on progesterone do I stop taking it?

I'm 15 dpo and have had two positive blood tests (second one more than doubled), and my progesterone was at a 20.6 yesterday. Doctor perscribed me progesterone pills (200 mg) to insert vaginally due to past miscarriages.. so i've been doing that the last few nights, but yesterday morning i started bleeding/spotting a bunch of brown color blood... my blood test i took after that trippled in numbers and now my spotting is less heavy (still brown), and im waiting for my doctor about if i keep taking the progesterone vaginally.. any of of you have experience e of advice on this please? I don't want to cause more bleeding and not sure if the pills irritate don't cervix or caused it to bleed old blood or if i just keep going..
