Bleeding after sex

So I’m definitely not a virgin, I’ve had sex multiple times but have never had this happen before. I hooked up with a guy and noticed I was bleeding quite a bit afterwards. I’m no where near being on my period so I know it’s not that as I finished last week. I will admit I was kind of dry when we were doing it and when he was fingering me afterwards it was kind of rough and a bit painful. Should I be worried about the blood? I don’t think it can be implantation bleeding because he used a condom and I was bleeding while he was fingering me that there was blood all over his fingers after. Any idea what this is or what this could mean?
