Pcos positive!

I have PCOS and have never had a regular cycle. I would ovulate maybe 4 times a year. With my daughter who is now 5 was conceived with the help of Clomid! Well I get a gastric sleeve last year and lost 80 pounds. I went from 240 to about 163. My period became normal the last 3 months I got a cycle the same time every month. I used an app to track ovulation, only baby danced the day before and I got my positive test today without any fertility treatment. I never knew this was possible! I’m still in shock. I am 9Dpo today
