Pregnant or Miscarriage Residual

Hi all, I’m in need of some help this morning. I am 45 and have been tic for almost 2 years. I miscarried the first week of January 2nd - 6th. I ovulated per test strips around the 21st. My doctor had me do a bhcg as a follow up for the miscarriage on the 28th and it was 1.68 which is negative. This morning February 2nd, I felt off and took a test and there was a light positive line so I followed it up with both a clear blue and a first response digital test and they both came back positive/yes +. Does anyone know if this is a residual from the miscarriage or if I could actually be pregnant again this soon. We were not trying to prevent pregnancy because we didn’t think it would happen again. Thanks in advance for any help.
