I'm currently around 5/6 weeks pregnant and I have stage 2 endometriosis. Is it normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go at this stage. I have a 6 year old already but I don't remember how I felt at this stage of the pregnancy. I'm only asking as I've had 6 previous miscarriages. When I had my son back in 2018 I had a emergency c section so I don't have much feeling in that area so I don't feel any pressure feeling ect. I don't have any pain or bleeding. Any advice will be highly appreciated
