Weird clot?

I’ve never had cramps as bad as I did last night to where I became physically sick, I passed this and it hasn’t hurt since. I could be overthinking if it’s a miscarriage or normal clot but mine have never looked like this

I get large clots quite often too in the last few years. If you feel okay, I'd say you're fine. If it was a miscarriage, the doctor won't be able to help unfortunately.
