Jan 15th day I will never forget

Dec 18th I test positive for the first time ever in 10+ years ttc, Hcg levels as follow ,approx 3216, 2800,2100, 3800 heart beat 144 on January 2nd , miscarriage started on Jan 15th. Hcg levels 2 days later 800 , then again to 100 a week later , please tell me there is hope I feel defeated and almost scared to get pregnant again , I feel this was dangled in my face then snatched away . I don’t know how to feel I feel so sad mad and numb at the same time . I still have not got my period , I know it takes time , I bled for about a week after miscarriage started , just got my last Hcg drawn to ensure levels are back down. It was very painful and let alone a dam 2800 bill (with insurance) . Please send words of encouragement
