Pain in vulva

Not really period talk. I am a 19 y/o virgin girl who hasn't stepped out of her house in months except going to my dentist and to the grocery store. Since a week, my vulva's been itching and burning. Few days ago, I got the clarity that I have managed to scratch myself there and that's what itches and burns. However, today while wiping, I found blood and I suspect that my hymen's irritated and I might be doing harm to it. Is it possible? (I did go out about 1.5 weeks before the symptoms and had to pee there) Do I have a UTI? Any advice or suggestions?
