Bilateral Tubal in 2020 any suggestions ?

Hey all I am currently 34 years old and I got a Bilateral Tubal Ligation back in 2020 when i was 30. At the time I believed it was the best choice for me because things were unstable in my life we didn’t live in the best neighborhood or state but things have DRASTICALLY changed we left our state and moved somewhere quiet with less crime, I have an amazing job, and a amazing husband who also has an amazing job . I have regretted the tubal everyday since. I want another baby so bad now. We are good parents our children are amazing and I just want to add another blessing to my family. I want to complete my family because right now things just feel incomplete. My insurance doesn’t cover any type of Tubal Reversal surgeries so I am really stuck on what I can do. I have read about drinking fertility tea and taking turmeric pills to help with inflammation of my tubes I just don’t know if that could work. Any suggestions please I am desperate ?
