Could this mean twins?! Twin experience appreciated

I had a faint Frer yesterday afternoon and took this this morning and I'm in shock it's picking up a digital already? I entered my last period start date and it says I'm only 3wks pregnant?! Has anyone experienced this early of a positive? Could it be twins?.

So excited for this journey!
