Any help appreciated

Need insight or opinions on something. My youngest daughter (age 5) has SUPER smelly urine. Like can pee in the bathroom and forget to flush and can smell it in the kitchen bad. Is potty trained very well, but has accidents during her sleep. She doesn’t drink anything carbonated (she hates it). She mainly drinks water and juice (real juice not concentrated) and tea occasionally. I don’t give her baths anymore because she keeps getting UTIs and ecoli in her urine so I give her showers so she isn’t sitting in water. She’s had an ultrasound on kidneys and bladder. They done blood work ONCE, but I believe something is going on somewhere to be causing this. Has any other mamas had this happen and it actually be SOMETHING? I’m at a loss and would really like to get to the bottom of it before she starts school in August!
