I just finished the pills to have a medical abortion today, I regret it honestly but my partner is abusive and I’ve already got a 4 month old so I can’t handle another right now because I care for her on my own so please no judgment. I’m just here to ask if clots this big are normal?

I’ve been soaking through pads every 30 mins for the last 2 hours and these clots are massive. I’ve passed about 10 this size already.
