When do you start feeling cervix kicks

My son is constantly punching or head butting my cervix and I feel it all the time or like my bladder and suddenly I have to pee. I swear with my daughter I never felt “lightning crotch” and had no idea what everyone was talking about. This time around, my It’s crazy. Is he just lower than my daughter was?
