Early Pregnancy Signs ?

Hey I’m just wondering if cloudy white/pale yellow discharge is a sign of pregnancy in the first few weeks?? It’s more like egg-white in consistency no smell at all and only when I wipe.

I am 6 days late since my period was due although I have often had irregular periods in the past. Could it be pregnancy or just stress related

I’m also experiencing mild cramps like I would in the days prior to my period coming but it’s been going on for over a week now.
