Am I in the wrong ?

My mil goes against my parenting and always bends the rules at her house with the excuse 'I'm grandma' I let her get away with a few small things like some treats and stuff but when she invites her family over I've told her that their not to hold my daughter as she gets very scared (she's going through a stage at the moment) she always says yes dear I won't let anyone hold her (her family don't speak or understand English so I can't communicate with them)
Anyway, I still suck it up and sit in a room full of people speaking a different language for hours! I can't even begin to explain how frustrating that is enough and how lonely it makes me feel. But anyway, she let them pass around my daughter like a fucking football my daughter started to panic and cried so I snatched her away and went to a quiet room. I chose not to embarrass my mil so when he guests left I pulled her up as to why she let them hold her she told me oh don't worry their very experienced lady's who all have children! UGHHH THAT WASNT THE POINT. Next family gathering we had a few weeks later she did it again so I grabbed my daughter and went home and this time told her I will not be bringing my daughter to ANY of her family gatherings for her to be passed around like a toy and spoken to in a language she cannot understand. My MIL lost it and said that if I don't bring my child over there when family are over then I should never speak to her again so I simply said ok I won't, if you want to see your grandchild you know where I am goodbye. 
It's been over a week she hasn't spoken lol to be honest I'm loving it but she tells my SIL that I'm out of line? Am I really ?

You're not wrong, she is. And I'm super jealous. I wish my in laws didn't want to talk to me!

You're not out of line at all. She's you're daughter and you choose who holds her and who doesn't and no one deserves an explanation as to why they can't hold your daughter. Your MIL should understand where you're coming from when you told her the first time you didn't want anyone holding her. She should respect you and your ways of parenting and who you want holding your daughter as you are a new parent and she is your daughter so you do know what's best for her and her safety. She's your daughter , not your MIL and everyone else's to just pass around. Don't let her bother you , just do what you feel you need to do for you and your daughter and your marriage. Fuck no you aren't in my opinion. You told her plenty of times. Thats your baby not hers. If you and your daughter arent comfortable with being passed around and she cant respect that then that is her problem.

I'm pregnant so my opinion might not be valid but I probably would have took my kid from the very first person and left because I don't handle disrespect well and very possibly started yelling but again in pregnant so maybe I'm a bit over the top

You're not in the wrong at all... However I do want to point out, that in different cultures, babies are passed around and everyone has to touch the baby to bless them... Still she is in the wrong if that's her culture or not, she needs to respect your wishes!
What does your husband say about it? He should be the one explaining it to your MIL since he knows her better and should be able to talk to her on another level.... Good Luck hun!

Not at all. You specifically told her not to let anyone else hold your child and she ignored you. It is YOUR child, not hers, so she should follow your guidelines. I would've done the exact same thing (and probably will end up doing it, too.)

She needs to respect you as a mother and not take over. She is so wrong for doing that. I had to set boundaries with my ex MIL and after I did things got better
