Period late by 6 days…

34yo mother of an amazing six-year-old boy. I don’t know what I need but feel like venting.

Anyways, sometimes my period will be off by about two days here and there, but not usually six days. I had a brief wave of slight cramping that lasted barely 30 seconds. Usually, I cramp the day before I start, so that’s how I know it’s coming.

This morning, I could have sworn I was about to start. I even had sex and thought for sure that would trigger it, but I still haven’t. I took two tests, and both were negative. I felt like it was too soon to test, but I just had to.

My boyfriend and I broke up after three years together, so I’m not sure what I’m hoping for.
