Weird sensation while peeing

So for the last two weeks I’ve had a weird sensation while peeing! It almost feels like a ‘peegasm’, the build up of one I guess, as I release my pee. It also feels like I have to pee more often like when I was super pregnant BUT I’ve had my period (ended 5 days ago) and we are extremely cautious and I track my periods and ovulation.

I guess I’m just wondering if this is a normal thing, concerning, and if anyone else experienced this what was the outcome of it?
