Next step??

Hi so we have been trying for a year and half now so decided to have tests which have all come back normal, I ovulate regular and have regular periods..we are wondering what the next step is, apparently we would have to go private for fertility tests as I'm 43 and don't meet the criteria to have treatment on NHS plus because my partner has got 2 kids we can't have treatment on the NHS which I think is so unfair as I've had no children...Do we go private or just keep trying,🤷🏼‍♀️
