Should I be worried?

Am I miscarrying? None of the blood is red at all. I’m not in pain, no cramping or anything at all. It was just a little bit of light brown blood earlier. I’m at work now so I’m constantly walking and bending. I have no idea what the stuff I’m passing is but I do not think it’s blood clots. It’s dry and sticky like. Almost like mucus. I’m so confused. I work in a hospital but I don’t know if I should go to the ER if it might not be serious…. I had a chemical last month and it was completely different from this.
