It’s twins 😍😍

Yesterday, I went to ER from heavy bleeding and cramping off and on. I had already knew I was pregnant from hpt. The took urine and blood work. Both came back I was indeed pregnant. Dr. checked my cervix and it was closed. Did an ultrasound to check on baby and to make sure pregnancy was not ectopic. It wasn’t. I waited for over an hour for ultrasound results. Dr finally came to talk to me. She explained to me that I had two separate gestational sacs and that one baby was measuring 5weeks and 2 days and the other measured 5 weeks and 3 days. But she could not explain why I was bleeding. All she said was the bleeding is coming from my uterus. I’m so happy and shocked as twins don’t run in my family nor my mates. So I wasn’t expecting twins. And I conceived naturally. No IVF just sex lol. I am a little concerned about why I am bleeding especially so early in my pregnancy. I’m currently 5 weeks and 3 days. I did have a prior pregnancy and I was told I had a sub chorionic hematoma, but I had a missed miscarriage. I’m wondering is it possible the bleeding is because I have another one in this pregnancy? I’m a little worried because I had 3 miscarriages in the past and 1 stillborn. I’m scared, happy, excited and worried.
