Missed period while on bc two times in a row

I’ve been on birth control for a while now and I’m the type to always take it on time religiously. In December I was super busy at work that I couldn’t stop and take my pill (since my pill was scheduled for noon). So then in January I decided to push my pill time till 9pm since I will for sure be back home by then. I didn’t get my “period” in January and it is now February and I’m on the placebo pills and still nothing. Should I worry? I haven’t had intercourse in a while so I for sure know I’m not pregnant but like should I be worried it’s more of a medical attention kind of situation? Help please 😭
