Can’t stay with my husband

My husbands entire family lives in a third world country. He sends them money monthly, sometimes up to $2000. We have 3 small kids, a mortgage of about $6000 a month and debts of about $3000 a month. This month he sent his family $2000, well aware he has another debt coming of about $20,000 (with the ATO, my fellow Australians will get it). I was absolutely shocked that he could send that much money, knowing our current situation. He says it’s because his brother is getting engaged so needed to send that amount. No one in his family works, the economic situation isn’t good but I find it hard to believe that a family of 8 people, not one of them works. I was so so mad and basically yelled and went on a huge rant. It’s been almost a whole day since then and I don’t see myself even speaking to him. If anything it’s a huge deal breaker. How can you know our current situation and choose to send that much money over. With his brother getting married I’m sure this amount won’t decrease either. I really can’t see myself with a man who isn’t making sure his own family is secure first. I’m so so disappointed and hurt.
