Implantation bleeding or period?

TMI!!

I need help!! My period was 01/21-01/25 and ovulation was 01/31- 02/06. We did the deed on the 01/31, 02/01, 02/04, and 02/05. I have extremely tender breast, sensitive nipples/ swollen, fatigue, my areolas look a little bit darker, and headaches here and there. But I’ve tested like 5 times before the bleeding started and all neg. I only see it when I wipe, no clots, and it’s been happening since 02/19 around 9:30pm and I’m on day 3 of it happening.
