Help?! Day 3 of cycle

Is this normal and what could it indicate. I had light blood flow on the first day, second day was medium and this morning I saw this when I woke up

Heavy or prolonged bleeding, Severe pain, Foul-smelling discharge, Fever, and Vaginal discharge that is different in color or consistency.
