Pregnancy.

So my period is due today but I have been spotting light pink since 5 am Thursday morning and I still am spotting only when I wipe is light pinkish (my ovulation date supposedly was Feb 8)I usually never spot I just end up getting my period the day of and it’s usually super regular. And Ik I can’t be certain until I take a pregnancy test I just want to know has anyone experienced this and was pregnant. Today I had light light cramping on the left side by my ovaries but no period cramps or anything. Also Ik mucinex a lot of people take and it’s worked for them I took it during my ovulation window to see has anyone ever experienced this as well and got pregnant?
