2 positives, 2 negatives and a period the next day?

Hey ladies! I wanted to post here to see if anyone has ever experienced this and what ended up being the outcome? Long story short, yesterday I decided to take a few pregnancy tests as I have been feeling off. My 2 morning texts (same brand, different pees/ 2ish hours apart) came out positive. Later on in the day I took another test and it came out negative. So I thought I’d wait until the morning to retest at first pee of the day. However, around 12am I started getting a fever, chills and back pain. Around 4am I could feel bleeding. It was decently heavy so I decided to go ahead and retest at 6am and got a negative result with the clear blue digital.

So does this mean I’m not pregnant and I just got my period? Could this be a chemical pregnancy? Has anyone retested a few days later and got another positive?

I’d hate to get ahead of myself but I have been feeling terrible all morning and I’m not sure if I should be?
